To mark the first annual United Nations (UN) World Diabetes Day and to support implementation of the UN Resolution on Diabetes, the Global Partnership for Effective Diabetes Management developed a publication, which provides practical guidance to inspire all members of the diabetes community to take action to improve diabetes care.  Members of the Global Partnership hosted a one-hour briefing to educate reporters about the global significance of World Diabetes Day and the UN Resolution, to make a case for change in diabetes care at all levels and to introduce the latest publication on this subject from global diabetes experts.  Click here to learn more about this year’s World Diabetes Day or click here to to view the archive session.
